• I am not sure how to be engaged; I need some direction: 1. Inadequate Preparation- a. Sometimes I do the reading. b. I don’t research to understand the material, nor do I go beyond the obvious. 2. Inadequate Participation- a. My attendance is inconsistent. b. I participate only when prompted.
