Message in a Bag
Exhibitors; connect with Every Attendee! Get your Brochures, Pamphlets, Personalized Pens or Personalized Writing Tablets added to every attendee tote bag at conference at the very reasonable cost of only $1,000.  You must have your exhibit booth reserved and confirmed to qualify and check the Yes box on your Exhibit Space Application/Contract.

Corporate Presentation Room

Exhibitors; make your presence at conference Up Close and Personal!  Present your product or service to a large private audience who will choose to register for your 50 minute presentation in one of the session halls.  AST will provide all the necessary audio and visual equipment at the very reasonable cost of only $1,000.  You must have your exhibit booth reserved and confirmed to qualify and check the Corporate Presentation box on your Exhibit Space Application/Contract.

Chance Card

Exhibitors; be ready to meet the Masses!  The attendees will be looking for color coded Chance Cards strategically placed in your booth by AST each exhibit day.  The attendees will ask you to stamp the back of their corresponding color coded card for a chance to win a drawing that will take place at 5pm each exhibit day for free registration at next years conference. This gives you an opportunity to meet each attendee participating and introduce your product or service prior to stamping the back of their card.  There is no charge to you.  All you need to do is take any type of stamp you may have lying around the office to conference with you.  You must have your exhibit booth reserved and confirmed to qualify and check the Yes box on your Exhibit Space Application/Contract.
