AST has reserved a block of rooms at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort at a special conference rate of $141 single occupancy, $151 double occupancy. To make reservations, please click here.

Reservations must be received before April 14, 2008. In the event that the rooms have sold out before the deadline, AST cannot guarantee that space will be available at these low rates. A one-night deposit is required to guarantee reservations.

Frontier Airlines

Bookings must be made on their website:  www.frontierairlines.com.

On their homepage, locate FLIGHT FINDER. Click on MORE SEARCH OPTIONS next to ONE WAY.  Enter AST's Meeting Code - GEDSWL - in a box under Dates and City Pairs. Then pick your flight. If there's a little green sun next to the rate for your flight, the AST discount was applied.
