Certified nonmembers ... $115 (includes a one-year ASTmembership)

*(based on 60 and 80 credits respectively in a 4-year cycle)

Revised exam and answer pages
The exam for "Surgery of the Head and Neck" on page 64 of the printed booklet is incorrect. We've also heard from members whose booklets have been damaged in the mail.

As a solution, here is a PDF of all exam pages and answer sheets, including the corrected exam, to download and print. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
