AST Policies for the Approval of State Assembly Continuing Education Programs. Review this information to answer any questions your state asembly might have regarding CE programs.

Application for Approval of Continuing Education for State Assembly  Fax this form to the AST CE Department at least 120 days (four months) prior to the workshop. Fax number is listed on the form.

List of State Assembly Officers   This customizable template is in Microsoft Word format. If your assembly elects new officers, this list should be filled out and sent to the Member Services.

Financial Statement   If your state assembly would like a template for keeping track of your finances, you can download this interactive form. It is in Microsoft Excel format and can be downloaded and saved on your computer. All mathematical formulas have been built into the document. All you need to do is enter the amounts, and the columns will total automatically.

Business Meeting Minutes Template   This Microsoft Word document can be customized and then used for Board of Directors meetings.

Website Development and Hosting  

AST has developed an easy-to-use template that state assemblies can use to create their own website. Layout and design has already been done, so all you need to do is type in your state's information.
