HOW MY PROGRAM MADE THE TRANSITION • Transition from diploma to associate of applied science (AAS) degree began in 2006 • Began transition with development of a bridge program (1+1) • Bridge gave my diploma graduates the option of obtaining their associate degree • Bridge gave us the ability to gradually implement AAS before dissolution of diploma program
