Four-year, private, non-profit college (1992-2001) • Anatomy “challenge”: Educate other faculty • Transition “challenge”: Get creative! • We accepted two classes; 1 certificate and 1 degree • Certificate students did the one year professional program • Degree students did one year of general education (A&P, etc.) leading to the professional program • Findings: we attracted students looking for a profession, not just a job • It Can Be Done!
