The Periodic Review
As you can see from the example on the previous slide, by going into
conference with each student every four weeks, and covering all of the aspects
required of a successful surgical technologist student, it is possible to counsel
each student accordingly. Especially on any issues/concerns requiring special
attention or correction. This has helped significantly with retention issues in
our program!
