AST heads to southern California for its 47th national meeting. Known for its beautiful weather, surf-friendly beaches and family-friendly attractions, San Diego offers something for everyone. Our hotel location is prime for watching boats on the harbor, and you'll be within walking district of the famed Gaslight District offering you a variety of bars and restaurants. Go whale watching on Point Loma, panda watching at the San Diego Zoo and try out your moves with some Zydeco dancing at the Bon Temps Social Club -- all in nearby Balboa Park. We hope to see you there!

Get ready to find some clues and news products to share with your surgical team while exploring the Exhibit Hall for a great cause. The national Fisher House Foundation gives military and veterans' families a place to stay while their loved one is receiving treatment, with no cost to the family. These homes are located at major military and VA medical centers nationwide, close to the medical center or hospital they serve. Fisher Houses have as many as 21 suites, with private bedrooms and baths. Families share a common kitchen, laundry facilities, a dining room and living areas.
All revenues from the scavenger hunt will be donated to the Fisher House. Register by selecting the scavenger hunt listed in Optional Events on your conference registration form or
online. Register by April 15 to reserve your T-shirt size.
