Bylaws, Resolutions and Parliamentary Procedures Committee

The Bylaws, Resolutions and Parliamentary Procedures is a standing committee. Members are appointed by the AST President. Some of their assigned responsibilities include formulating recommendations for implementing bylaws, submit recommendations for policies and procedures to the Board of Directors and update and review policies and procedures annually.
